Research on the origin and implication of the combination pattern of Baizi and Hushi patterns in Qing dynasty embroidery
During the Qing dynasty,the Baizi and Hushi patterns developed into a combination pattern with stylized characteristics,which was a secular product carrying the ancient public yearning for a better life.Based on the relevant literature and sample pictures,this paper the concept of the combination paradigm of Baizi and Hushi patterns were clarified,the causes of the combination of two patterns in Qing dynasty were sorted out and summarized,and the cultural implication of the combination paradigm of Baizi and Hushi patterns in Qing dynasty embroidery was further discussed.The research shows that the development of Baizi and Hushi from painting schema to pattern not only gave the two cultural symbols new vitality with each passing day,but also laid the foundation of the two pattern combination paradigm in the Qing dynasty,which became the symbol decoration carrier of the people's continuous demand for children,the expectation of the future generation to become an official,the yearning for a better life and the inheritance of the breeze and noble thoughts.It provides a certain reference for the research of traditional costume culture inheritance,and also provides theoretical support for the research of stylized patterns,increasing the depth and breadth of the research of character patterns and natural attributes patterns.
