植酸/茶多酚整理棉织物的阻燃及防紫外线性能

为解决棉织物易燃烧和抗紫外线性能差的问题,提高其使用安全性,采用浸轧和喷涂结合的方法,通过植酸(PA)和茶多酚(Tea)协同作用制备了阻燃/抗紫外线棉织物,并研究了其阻燃、防紫外线、拉伸以及透气性性能.结果表明:质量分数2.5%的PA和25g/L的Tea复合整理的棉织物,其质量增加率仅为13.3%,而极限氧指数LOI值从原棉织物的17.5%提高到30.4%,离火自熄;PA/Tea整理棉织物与原棉织物相比,不仅热释放速率峰值(PHRR)下降了78.2%,其总热释放量(THR)和热释放能力(HRC)也分别下降了70.8%和78.3%,这意味着PA/Tea整理棉织物可以降低火灾放热强度,阻碍火焰快速传播;整理后的棉织物对UVB和UVC区域的紫外线具有良好的吸收性能,在实现阻燃和防紫外线功能的同时,保留了85.1%以上的透气性.
Flame-retardant and UV-resistant properties of phytic acid/tea polyphenol finishing cotton fabric
To solve the problems of easy burning and poor UV resistance of cotton fabric,and to improve its safety,the method of combination of dip and spray was adopted in this paper,and the flame retardant/UV resistance cotton fabric was prepared through the synergistic action of phytic acid(PA)and tea polyphenol(Tea),and its flame retardant,UV protection,stretching and air permeability were studied.The results show that the quality increase rate of 2.5%PA and 25 g/L Tea composite flame retarded cotton fabric is only 13.3%,while the LOI value is increased from 17.5%to 30.4%,and self-extinguishing.Compared with raw cotton fabric,PA/Tea flame retardant finish cotton fabric,not only did the peak heat release rate(PHRR)decrease by more than 78.2%,but its total heat release capacity(THR)and heat release capacity(HRC)also decreased by more than 70.8%and 78.3%,which means that it can reduce the fire heat release intensity,the less combustion feedback to the fabric heat.Impeding the rapid propagation of flame,it has good absorption performance for UVB and UVC ultraviolet rays and retains more than 85.1%of air permeability while realizing flame retardant and UV protection functions.
