Design and application of compact siro spinning diversion device
In view of the large energy consumption of the compact siro spinning system,three kinds of diversion devices were designed to reduce the negative pressure of the compact siro spinning system and achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.Firstly,a three-dimensional physical model of the compact siro spinning agglomeration area was established by solidworks,and the distribution of the airflow field in the agglomeration area was analyzed by numerical simulation using Fluent.Secondly,the spinning experiment further verifies that the diversion device can save energy and reduce consumption.The accelerated air flow from the top of the agglomeration tank to the agglomeration tube adsorbs the fiber,and the accelerated airflow on both sides of the fiber whisker on the agglomeration tank reduces the width of the twisted triangle.The diversion device can reduce the negative pressure of agglomeration required for normal spinning,when the negative pressure of agglomeration is as low as 1 000 Pa,the quality of the spined yarn is comparable or even better when the negative pressure of agglomeration is 2 000 Pa.
