简单大提花织物的三维仿真

为实现机织大提花织物的快速设计,构建了组织图和意匠图模型,建立组织图与意匠图之间的信息转换和对应关系,并将织物结构数字化储存;在深入研究简单大提花织物结构特点的基础上,根据不同组织结构控制点的数量与位置,建立平纹织物和非平纹织物的基本模型;借助JavaScript和C#计算机程序设计语言,基于模型实现简单机织大提花织物的结构仿真.结果表明,通过此方法可以减少设计难度,缩短设计周期,降低生产成本,实现织物可视化设计与仿真.
3D simulation of woven simple jacquard fabrics
In order to realize the rapid design of woven jacquard fabric,the model of weave diagram and artistic conception diagram was constructed to realize the information conversion and the establishment of the corresponding relationship between the weave diagram and the artistic conception diagram,and the fabric structure was digitally stored;based on the in-depth study of the structural characteristics of simple jacquard fabrics,the basic models of plain fabrics and non-plain fabrics are established according to the number and position of control points of different weave structures;with the help of JavaScript and C#computer programming language,the structure simulation of woven simple jacquard fabric was realized based on the model.The results show that this method can reduce the design difficulty,shorten the design cycle,reduce the production cost,and realize the visual design and simulation.
