为了解决羽绒清洗流程繁多、耗水耗能大等问题,采用超临界CO2 清洗法与传统清洗法、超声波与酸性蛋白酶结合法对羽绒进行清洗,探讨不同清洗温度对羽绒白度、蓬松度、残脂率和微生物含量的影响,以及不同清洗方法对羽绒表面微观变化的影响,得到超临界CO2 清洗法的较优清洗温度为 80℃.该条件下,清洗后羽绒的白度值为 62.8%,蓬松度为 17.9 cm,残脂率降低到 0.97%,微生物含量达到标准的限量要求,且羽绒表面相对光滑,无明显损伤,达到传统清洗效果.超临界CO2 清洗法全过程无污染、零排放,符合低碳经济发展要求,可实现羽绒新型清洁化加工生产.
In order to solve the problems of numerous cleaning processes and high water and energy consumption,the supercritical CO2 cleaning method was compared with the traditional cleaning method,ultrasonic and acid protease combined method,and the influence of different cleaning temperatures on the whiteness,fluffiness,residual fat rate and microbial content of down was discussed,as well as the influence of different cleaning methods on the microscopic changes of the surface of down.The optimal cleaning temperature of supercritical CO2 method is 80℃.Under this condition,after cleaning,the whiteness value of down is 62.8%,the fluffiness is 17.9 cm,the residual fat rate is reduced to 0.97%,the microbial content meets the standard limit requirements,and the surface of down is relatively smooth without obvious damage,so as to achieve the traditional cleaning effect.The supercritical CO2 cleaning method has no pollution and zero emission in the whole process,which meets the development requirements of low-carbon economy and realizes the new clean processing and production of down.
