In order to solve the complex problem of intarsia fabrics structure and yarn nozzle movement in the knitting process,the knitting method,process and three-dimensional simulation of intarsia fabrics were studied from the perspective of intarsia fabrics structure.Firstly,the structure of the intarsia structure was analyzed,and the knitting diagram of various intarsia fabrics was drawn by combining different knitting methods.Then,according to the three-dimensional morphology of the coil,the coil type value points and the grid models were constructed,and the mathematical relationship between the two was calculated.Finally,the intarsia fabrics structure was simulated in 3D by the iTDS design system.The results show that the number of stitches will make the fabric smoother when the number of stitches is increased during the knitting of single-sided intarsia knitting,and the full selection back bed connection is thicker than the vertical bar back bed connection during the knitting of double-sided intarsia tissue,and the three-dimensional structure simulation of horizontal intarsia fabrics with the help of C#programming language provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the industrial production of intarsia organization.
