Cotton dyeing residue replenishment and determination of reuse limits for dyes in washing wastewater
In the printing and dyeing industry, the traditional printing and dyeing wastewater treatment is centralized, which increases the difficulty of wastewater reuse, and there is a certain amount of wastewater over-treatment.In order to explore the printing and dyeing wastewater quality treatment to improve its reuse rate, the M-type reactive red 195 dyeing residue replenishment of dyes and additives in wastewater was studied and reused, when the amount of dye, salt and alkali added in the residual liquid after dyeing is 97.5%,25%and 25%of the initial amount, the dyeing color difference of the fabric dyed by the recycled wastewater is less than 0.6,and the color fastness to dry and wet friction and washing does not change, saving dyes, additives and water resources. The final washing wastewater was reused to the first washing process, and the limit value of the dye content in the washing wastewater to meet the reuse conditions was investigated without affecting the quality of the fabrics. The results show that the mass concentration of dye in wastewater was not more than 100 mg/L,which could be reused to the first washing process after dyeing(owf). The mass concentration of the dye in the wastewater is not more than 450 mg/L,which can be reused to the initial washing process after 2%(owf),and the color difference between the washed fabric and the standard sample is less than 0.6,and the color fastness to dry and wet friction and washing are consistent with the standard sample.
