Effect of bio-polishing treatment on the properties of knitted denim
With the aim of solving the problem of poor surface finish and finished product appearance of knitted fabrics caused by mechanical friction.Acid cellulase was used to treat indigo knitted denim, and the performance indexes such as fabric hairiness distribution, fabric top breaking strength and weight loss rate were tested after the treatment with orthogonal design test scheme. The results show that in the three ranges of hairiness length 0-0.2 mm,0.2-0.4 mm,0.4-0.6 mm,based on smallest fabric hairiness and the most smooth surface, the optimal treatment process was 50℃temperature,enzyme dosage of 1.8 g/L,pH value was 4,treatment time was 60 min.The factors that affect the bursting strength were:pH value>enzyme dosage>treatment temperature>treatment time, the processing conditions to obtain minimum loss of the bursting strength was:40℃treatment temperature, enzyme dosage was 1.2 g/L,pH value was 5,the treatment time was 60 min.In the grinding test, the treatment temperature had the greatest effect on the weight loss of the fabric. The optimum treatment was as follows:the treatment temperature was 50℃,the concentration of acidic cellulose was 1.2 g/L,the pH was 6,and the treatment time was 30 min.
