Quantitative analysis of silk/wool mixture by copper ammonia solution
In order to accurately determine the fiber content of silk/wool mixture, copper ammonia solution reagent was used to quantitatively analyze silk/wool mixture. The test temperature, oscillation frequency and oscillation time were selected as the test factors, and the absolute difference between the test value and the actual value of wool content was selected as the test index.Firstly, the single factor test method was used to determine the optimal range of each test factor. Then, each test factor was selected within the optimal range to carry out three-level orthogonal test. The optimal test conditions were obtained by analyzing the test data. Finally, the pure wool fabric was tested under the optimal test conditions, and the correction coefficient of wool was calculated. The results show that the optimal test conditions for quantitative analysis of silk/wool mixture by copper ammonia solution are as follows:test temperature 40℃,oscillation frequency 150 r/min,oscillation time 40 min;the correction coefficient of wool(d value)is 0.998 9.The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
