为提升梳理质量、减少能耗,基于有限元分析与实验模拟,探讨了纺织梳理设备的优化问题,总结了有限元在解决梳理环节中关键机件(如锡林、工作辊、钳板机构和支承结构等机件)变形问题的应用,探讨了通过实验对梳理工艺(如梳理速度、隔距)的改进措施,介绍了针布的优化设计、静电场和气流附加装置对梳理效果的改善以及不同的梳理辊组合结构对纤维转移效果的影响,并从梳理模型、纤维模型与气流场角度探讨了数值建模和仿真在优化梳理环节的应用,最后归纳了优化梳理环节的困难与挑战,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望,旨在推动纺织梳理技术的发展和创新,并为指导生产实践提供有利参考.
Discussion on optimization of textile carding equipment based on finite element simulation and experimentation
The optimization of textile carding equipment was explored in this paper based on finite element analysis and experimental simulation.The finite element solution to the carding deformation problem of key components(such as cylinders,work rollers,nipper drive mechanisms and supporting structures)were summarized,the improvement measures of the carding process(such as carding speed and spacing)were discussed through experiments,the needle cloth,electrostatic field,airflow add-on device,combined structure affects the fiber transfer effect were introduced.The application of numerical modeling and simulation in optimizing the carding process was also discussed from the perspective of carding model,fiber model and airflow field.Finally,the difficulties and challenges in optimizing the carding process were summarized,and the future development trend was outlooked.These studies are aimed at updating carding techniques and providing references to guide practical production.
