为了进一步理解捻合机制与纱线结构的关系,开发出理想结构纱线,综述了不同纺纱技术的纺纱原理、捻合机制、纱线结构、纱线性能,分析了不同纱线结构的优缺点,进一步阐明了捻合机制对纱线结构的影响以及纱线结构与纱线性能之间的关系,总结了理想纱线结构具有的特点,展望了未来纱线结构的发展趋势.捻合机制的差异导致纱线结构不同,纱线结构影响着纱线品质,为了进一步提升纱线品质,应从创新捻合机制的角度出发,以开发出理想结构纱线.
Evolution and innovation of staple yarn structure
In order to further understand the relationship between twisting method and yarn structure,and to develop yarns with ideal structures,the spinning principles,twisting methods,yarn structures,and yarn properties of different spinning technologies were reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of different yarn structures were analyzed,and the effects of twisting method on yarn structure and the relationship between yarn structure and yarn properties were further elucidated.The characteristics of ideal yarn structure were summarized,and the future development trend of yarn structure was anticipated.It was concluded that the difference of twisting mechanism leads to the difference of yarn structure,and the yarn structure affects the yarn quality.In order to further improve the yarn quality,we should start from the perspective of innovative twisting mechanism,so as to develop the ideal yarn structure.
