In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the product development and better meet the diversified needs of consumers for knitted sweaters,the integrated research and development process of knitted sweaters was introduced from style,color and pattern design to structure,pattern making and process making in detail by relying on the knitting technology of computer flat knitting machine and combining the design principle and process technology of knitted sweaters.And analyzed the advantages of integration technology of design and process in sweater product development.The results show that,with the help of the software system and control system of the computer flat knitting machine,a composite professional development personnel based on ＂one person,multiple positions＂ development model can complete the work of design,process,pattern making,knitting and other aspects in the development process of sweaters,so as to realize the integration of design and process development of sweaters,thereby shortening the product development cycle and reducing costs.It provides creative ideas for sweater designers and reference for sweater product development.
