Study on rapid determination of fiber content by typical model of near infrared spectroscopy
In order to better and quickly detect the fiber content of clothing by near infrared spectroscopy(NIR)and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,cotton/spandex,polyester/spandex and cotton/polyester fiber models with high stability of correction models were selected as the research object, and the influence of sample differences on the test results of NIR spectroscopy was analyzed and compared with conventional test methods. The results show that the cotton/spandex and polyester/spandex models were not affected by color, while the cotton/polyester models were different from the dark color samples. It was suggested to combine NIR with conventional test methods. The cotton/spandex,polyester/spandex,cotton/polyester models are affected by thickness, and the transparent samples are tested by 4 layers, and the results are more accurate. The results of cotton/spandex and polyester/spandex model tests are not affected by fabric structure, and the samples with uniform distribution of cotton/polyester fiber models can use NIR spectroscopy, and the samples with different structure and uneven distribution are not recommended to use NIR spectroscopy.Samples covered with film or containing adhesives are not suitable for rapid detection, and the film or adhesive must be removed first.
