Influence of knee flexion angle and fabric elasticity on knee deformation of trousers
In order to study the influence of knee flexion angle and fabric elasticity on the knee deformation of trousers,nine subjects with similar stature were selected,and three kinds of knitted denim fabrics with similar basic physical properties but different elasticity were selected to make sample trousers.The three-dimensional scanner was used to obtain the knee marker area point cloud data of the subjects under different knee flexion angles and different lower limb wear(bare leg and wearing different elastic trousers),and the knee surface deformation rate was extracted.The analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the knee deformation rate and the knee flexion angle when wearing different lower limbs,and there is a negative correlation between the knee deformation rate and the longitudinal elastic modulus of the fabric.The obtained regression models of knee skin deformation rate and knee flexion angle,knee pants deformation rate and knee flexion angle,and fabric elasticity can be used to guide the study of pants comfort and the selection of knee elastic fabrics.
