金属网对玻璃纤维复合材料低速冲击的影响

为优化复合材料在新能源汽车电池壳体中的应用,文章研究了铝合金金属网对玻璃纤维编织复合材料低速冲击损伤特性的影响.在 12、16、20、24 和 28J5 种能量的冲击下,利用落锤试验机对 4 种孔径的铝合金金属网玻璃纤维复合材料板进行冲击试验,通过试验选出孔径为 2 mm×3 mm的铝合金金属网加入玻璃纤维铺层,通过改变金属网铺层数和冲击能量来研究其对复合材料力学性能的影响.从复合材料载荷峰值、最大凹陷位移、能量吸收和损伤机制等方面分析铝合金金属网对复合材料抗冲击性能的影响规律.研究发现:金属网孔径越大,复合材料抗冲击性能越差,损伤越严重;加入多层金属网的复合材料,其抗冲击性能得到明显提升.
Effect of metal mesh on the low-velocity impact properties of fiberglass composites
To optimize the application of composite materials in battery casings for new energy vehicles,the influence of aluminum alloy mesh on the low-velocity impact damage characteristics of glass fiber woven composites was investigated in this paper.Under impacts of five different energies,namely 12,16,20,24 and 28 J,drop hammer tests were conducted on glass fiber composite plates reinforced with aluminum alloy meshes of four different aperture sizes.Based on the experimental results,an aluminum alloy mesh with an aperture of 2 mm×3 mm was selected to be incorporated into the glass fiber layers.The effect of the layer number and impact energy of the metal mesh on the mechanical properties of the composite was studied.The effects of aluminum alloy mesh on the impact resistance of composites were analyzed in terms of peak load,maximum depression displacement,energy absorption and damage mechanism.It is found that the larger the diameter of metal mesh,the worse the impact resistance and the more serious the damage.The impact resistance of the composite material with multilayer metal mesh is obviously improved.
