大麻纤维素的提取及其纳米纤维的制备与表征

为了提高大麻纤维素高附加值的应用,利用氯化锂/N、N-二甲基乙酰胺(LiCl/DMAc)溶剂体系进行大麻纤维的溶解得到纤维素溶液,并将其与聚丙烯腈溶液进行共混得到静电纺丝液制备出含有大麻纤维素的纳米纤维.采用单因素试验与正交试验相结合的方法对大麻纤维素的溶解工艺进行优化.结果表明,LiCl/DMAc溶剂体系溶解纤维素的最佳工艺为:LiCl质量分数为 12%、大麻纤维与LiCl/DMAc溶剂的固液比为 1:180、加热温度为120℃、加热时间为3h;利用静电纺丝法制备得到的纳米纤维直径为200~280 nm,断裂强力为(5.51±0.42)cN,断裂伸长率为(12.97±7.42)%;纳米纤维膜表面光滑平整、纤维直径分布均匀,力学性能优良,为溶解纤维素提供一定参考,为含有大麻纤维素纳米纤维的研发提供依据.
Extraction of hemp cellulose and its nanofiber preparation and characterization
In order to improve the high value-added application of hemp cellulose,the hemp fiber was dissolved in the solvent system of lithium chloride/N and N-dimethylacetamide(LiCl/DMAc)to obtain cellulose solution,which was blended with polyacrylonitrile solution to obtain electrostatic spinning solution,thereby preparing nanofibers containing hemp cellulose.The dissolution process of hemp cellulose was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The results show that the best process for dissolving hemp cellulose in LiCl/DMAc solvent system is as follows:LiCl mass fraction is 12%,the solid-liquid ratio of hemp to LiCl/DMAc solvent is 1:180,heating temperature is 120℃and heating time is 3 h.The diameter of nanofibers prepared by electrospinning method is 200~280 nm,the breaking strength is(5.51±0.42)cN,and the breaking elongation is(12.97±7.42)%.The nanofiber membrane has smooth surface,uniform fiber diameter distribution and excellent mechanical properties,which provides some reference for dissolving cellulose and provides a basis for the research and development of new nanofibers containing hemp cellulose.
