倍捻筒子首尾纱捻度分布的研究

针对倍捻机生产过程中产生的首纱和尾纱进行实验设计、实验数据采集,分析 3 种生头操作方法产生的尾纱、并线筒子纱纺完或者断头形成的筒子纱首纱及尾纱,分析产生的筒子首纱以及进入筒子紧贴纱管表面的纱线的捻度分布情况,提出倍捻机生头优化操作方法、留尾纱装置工艺改进办法和首纱处理时去除 1m以达到捻度要求,结果表明,所提方法能够提高生产效率,减少纱线浪费.
Study on the twist distribution of tube head and tail yarn in double twister
Experimental design and data collection were conducted for the head and tail yarns generated during the production process of the double twisting machine.The twisting distribution of the drum yarn produced by the batch production of tail yarns,broken ends or merging spools using three different head production methods,as well as the yarn entering the spool and closely adhering to the surface of the yarn tube were analyzed.Optimization operation methods for the head production of the double twisting machine,process improvement methods for the tail yarn retention device,and removal of 1 m during the head yarn treatment were proposed to meet the requirements.This method can improve production efficiency and reduce yarn waste.
