植物染料在锦纶/氨纶针织物上的应用

为了探究植物染料对锦纶/氨纶针织物的染色性能,采用石榴皮、石榴花等原料提取的植物染料对锦纶/氨纶针织物进行染色.分析染色温度、染液pH值、染色浴比及染料用量对锦纶/氨纶针织物染色性能的影响,分析植物染料对锦纶/氨纶针织物的上染速率,并对染色工艺进行了优化.优化后的染色工艺为:染色温度 98℃、染液pH值4、浴比1:10、保温时间40 min;为保证染色的均匀性,60~98℃之间应以0.5~1.0℃/min缓慢升温.采用优化后的工艺对锦纶/氨纶针织物进行车间大货染色并测试了染色后面料的色牢度及抗菌性,染色后织物无染色不匀,与标样相比,CIE DE色差仅为 0.32,耐皂洗色牢度及耐摩擦色牢度均为4~5 级,对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌的抑菌率超过 98%,获得了满意的染色效果.
Application of plant dyes for dyeing nylon/spandex knitted fabrics
In order to investigate the dyeing performance of plant dyes on nylon/spandex knitted fabrics,a plant dye extracted from pomegranate peel and pomegranate flower was used to dye nylon/spandex knitted fabrics.The effects of dyeing temperature,pH value of dyeing solution,dyeing bath ratio and dye dosage on the dyeing performance of nylon/spandex knitted fabrics were analyzed,the dyeing rate of plant dyes on nylon/spandex knitted fabrics was analyzed,and the dyeing process was optimized.The optimized dyeing process was as follows:dyeing temperature 98℃,dye solution pH value 4,bath ratio 1:10,holding time 40 min.To ensure the uniformity of the dyeing,the temperature should be slowly increased between 60-98℃by 0.5-1.0℃/min.The optimized process was applied to the production of large goods,and the color fastness and antimicrobial property of the dyed fabrics were tested.The dyed fabrics have no uneven dyeing problems,and the color difference of the CIE DE is only 0.32 compared with the standard samples,the color fastness to soap washing and rubbing is 4-5,the inhibition rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli is more than 98%,and the satisfactory dyeing effect is obtained.
