内胆可拆卸式职业工装棉服套装的制作工艺改良

针对目前内胆可拆卸式工装棉服套装在功能性和舒适性方面存在的不足,基于其职业装属性,以提高其实用性为设计宗旨对其进行制作工艺改良.在工装上衣外套与内胆组合方式方面,采用隐藏式拼合、防涟形纽扣固定以及双内胆工艺;在上衣口袋工艺方面,采用多功能内兜、双层袋盖安全扣固定、大小臂袋等工艺;在领部采用领角三角插片设计来固定可拆卸毛领片,采用四合扣封帽口及双魔术贴系帽工艺;在肩部采用肩头垫片加固工艺与袖窿加固绗缝线设计;工装棉裤采用"U"形垫片加固与裤内胆脚口收紧工艺.改良后的工装棉服套装舒适性与卫生性更佳、实用性与安全性更强,改良方案能够提高服装的附加值,满足消费者的感性消费需求,同时能够提高工人作业效率,从而提高企业生产效益,可为工装棉服套装的产品研发提供一定技术借鉴.
Improvement of sewing process of the inner liner detachable cotton suit for professional work
In view of the shortcomings of the functional and comfort of the inner liner detachable cotton suit,based on its professional properties,the manufacturing process was improved for the purpose of improving its practicability.In terms of the combination of the jacket and inner liner of the work clothes,hidden splicing,anti-rippling button fixation,and double inner liner technology were adopted.In the coat pocket technology,multi-function inner pocket,double bag cover safety buckle,big arm bag and other technologies were used.In the collar part,the collar angle triangle insert design was used to fix the detachable fur collar piece,and the four-snap sealing and double velcro fastening technology were adopted.In the shoulder,shoulder gasket reinforcement technology and armhole reinforcement quilting line design were adopted.The "U" shaped gasket was used to strengthen the cargo cotton pants and tighten the bottom of the pants.The improved tooling cotton-padded suit has better comfort and hygiene,practicality and safety,and the improved scheme can improve the added value of clothing,meet the perceptual consumption needs of consumers,and improve the working efficiency of workers,thereby improving the production efficiency of enterprises,which can provide certain technical reference for the product development of cotton-padded suit.
