经编机控制系统通过控制器与传统工业触摸屏连接应用于经编机生产车间,实现对经编机一对一的操作和监控.然而,传统工业触摸屏常常存在着监控距离短、无法实现集中管理多台经编机设备等缺点.在不改变原有电子送经控制系统的情况下、在支持触摸屏控制的基础上,通过其控制器的EtherNET端口建立经编机监控系统;通过增加无线通信模块,使经编机的控制不受距离和数量的限制,在无线网络覆盖下均可操作;通过VS平台构建WinForm程序界面,使经编机的控制具有良好的可视化和灵活的操作性,结合SQL Server数据库实现生产数据报表的生成.测试结果表明:建立的经编机监控系统结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠,对针织生产数字化有一定的指导价值.
Development of warp knitting machine remote centralized monitoring system based on C
The control system of warp knitting machine was applied to the production workshop of warp knitting machine by connecting the controller with the traditional industrial touch screen,so as to realize one-to-one operation and monitoring of warp knitting machine.However,traditional industrial touch screens often have shortcomings such as short monitoring distance and inability to centrally manage multiple warp knitting machine devices.On the basis of supporting touch screen control,the warp knitting machine monitoring system was established through the EtherNET port of the controller without changing the original electronic let-off control system.By adding a wireless communication module,the control of the warp knitting machine was not limited by the distance and quantity,and can be operated under the coverage of the wireless network.The WinForm program interface was constructed through the VS platform,which makes the control of the warp knitting machine have good visualization and flexible operability,and the production data report was generated in combination with the SQL Server database.The actual test results show that the established warp knitting machine monitoring system structure is simple,easy to operate,safe and reliable,and has certain guiding value for the digitization of knitting production.
