制服机织面料极光发生仪器改进及参数确定

针对制服机织面料服用过程中容易产生极光而影响服用性能的问题,探究快速产生极光并对极光进行评价的仪器和参数,通过模拟人体服用过程中织物极光发生的温度、压强、摩擦等条件,在现有的马丁代尔耐磨仪上增加控温装置,并配套合适的磨料,改进获得织物极光平磨仪,并以现行公安用春秋常服面料为样品,对极光产生参数进行研究.结果表明,改进得到的织物极光平磨仪可大大缩短织物产生极光的时间,实现了极光产生过程的可控制;在温度为50℃,压强为2.42 kPa,转数为10 000 r的试验条件下,织物产生极光的效果最明显,配套磨料在每使用 10 000 r后应进行更换,为制服面料极光测试和评价奠定了技术基础.
Improvement and parameter determination of aurora generating instrument for uniform woven fabric
In view of the problem that auroras are easy to occur during long-term wear of woven uniform fabrics,thus affecting the wear performance,the instruments and parameters for rapid auroras generation and evaluation were explored.By simulating the temperature,pressure,friction and other conditions of auroras occurring in fabrics during wear,a temperature control device was added to the existing Martindale wear-resistant instrument,and suitable abrasive materials were also provided to obtain an improved fabric auroral flat grinding instrument,and the parameters of auroral generation were studied by taking the fabric used in public security in spring and autumn as a sample.The results show that the improved fabric auroral flat grinding instrument can greatly shorten the time of auroral generation and realize the control of auroral generation process.Under the experimental conditions of temperature 50℃,pressure 2.42 kPa and revolution number 10 000 r,the effect of fabric generating aurora is the most obvious,and the matching abrasives are replaced after every 10 000 r.This study lays a technical foundation for the aurora test and evaluation of uniform fabric.
