为促进柔性锌离子电池(ZIBs)在智能可穿戴储能装置中的应用,文章概述了ZIBs的充放电机制,并以ZIBs中凝胶电解质为研究对象,探讨传统聚乙烯醇基、聚丙烯酰胺基、聚丙烯酸基、生物质基水凝胶的结构及性能特性;阐明通过引入双网络结构、加入纳米添加剂、金属离子添加剂以及羊毛、蚕丝蛋白质添加剂等方式对水凝胶电化学性能的调控机制;论述水凝胶在自愈合、低温防冻和高温自保护电池中的应用前景,为水凝胶的结构设计及应用拓展奠定理论基础.
Structural design and application of hydrogel electrolytes for flexible zinc-ion batteries
To promote the application of flexible zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)in intelligent wearable energy storage devices,the charge and discharge mechanism of ZIBs was summarized.Taking the gel electrolyte in ZIBs as the research object,the structure and performance characteristics of traditional polyvinyl alcohol-based,polyacrylamide-based,polyacrylic acid-based,and biomass-based hydrogels were discussed.The regulation mechanism of electrochemical performance of hydrogels by introducing double network structure,adding nano additives,metal ion additives,and wool and silk protein additives was clarified.The application prospects of hydrogels in self-healing,low-temperature antifreeze and high-temperature self-protecting batteries were discussed,which laid a theoretical foundation for the structural design and application expansion of hydrogels.
