探讨棉双丝包芯赛络纱的纺纱工艺.以涤纶丝、氨纶丝为芯丝,棉为外包纤维,通过改造细纱机赛络纺相关设备,优选长丝退绕方式,正确配置纺纱工艺,成功纺制出棉双丝包芯赛络纱.认为:纺制棉双丝包芯纱,长丝退绕张力的控制是关键环节.两种长丝应分别退绕.氨纶丝应采用传统的筒子架积极退绕方式,并进行适宜的预牵伸;涤纶丝应采用大卷装丝筒轴向被动退绕,并附加张力控制器.
Processing of cotton double filament core-spun siro yam was discussed.Polyester filament and spandex filament were selected as core yam,cotton was used as covering fiber.Spinning frame was moditied,filament unwinding mode was optimized and spinning processing was selected correctly,finally cotton double filament core-spun sire yarn can be spun successfully.It is considered that control of filament unwinding tension is the key.The two fdaments should be unwinding respectively.Traditional creel stand active unwinding should be used for spandex filament,pre-tension should be selected rationally.Larger package creel axial passive unwinding should be used for polyester filament,tension controller should be used as well.
