环保型聚脲微胶囊相变材料在棉织物上的应用

探讨环保聚脲微胶囊相变材料用于棉织物整理的工艺及调温效果.采用浸轧法将自制的微胶囊相变材料整理到棉织物上,研究了浸轧方式、微胶囊用量、黏合剂用量和焙烘温度对处理织物增重率、储热性能及耐洗性能的影响,并对整理后织物的表面形貌和调温性能进行了分析.结果表明:调温棉织物较优工艺为采用二浸二轧整理方式,微胶囊用量150 g/L,黏合剂用量40 g/L,焙烘温度130℃.认为:所制得的调温棉织物对外界温度变化起到了明显的缓冲作用,具有良好的调温功能.
Finishing technology and thermoregulation effect of polyurea microencapsulated phase change material on cotton fabric were discussed.The prepared microencapsulated phase change material were finished on cotton fabric by padding way.The effects of the padding way,the dosage of microencapsulated phase change material,the dosage of binder and the baking temperature on the weight gain rate,the thermal storage property and the washing resistance of the treated fabric were studied.The surface morphology and thermoregulation property of the finished fabric were also analyzed.The results show that the better finishing way of thermoregulation cotton fabric is two soaking and two padding finishing way,the dosage of microencapsulated phase change material is 150 g/L,the dosage of binder is 40 g/L,the baking temperature is 130 ℃.It is considered that the prepared thermoregulation fabric has obvious buffer effect on temperature variations outside and better temperature adjusting function.
