摘要

针对细特丙纶的纤维特性,阐述了细特丙纶纯纺过程中的技术难点,并探讨了其纺纱工艺.实践证明:通过对细特丙纶的纺前预处理,清梳工序采用短流程工艺;在梳棉机加装皮圈导棉器及龙头主动回转式导条辊装置;并条、粗纱和细纱胶辊采用合理的表面处理方式减少静电积聚;细纱与络筒工序通过减少气圈突变,降低络筒张力及车速;通过合理配置梳理专件、纺纱工艺参数及温湿度条件等技术措施,解决了清梳棉成卷成条困难、各工序静电积聚造成可纺性差、成纱质量指标差等问题,实现了细特丙纶9.84 tex集聚纱的顺利生产.认为:细特丙纶纯纺纱可满足吸湿快干、单向导湿等服饰面料的开发与应用需求.

Abstract

According to characteristics of fine polypropylene fiber,the technology difficulties in the spinning process of fine polypropylene fiber were described,and the spinning process of fine polypropylene fiber pure yarn was discussed.The practice was proved that through the pretreatment of fine polypropylene fiber,short spinning process were adopted,the carding machine was equipped with apron guide and active rotary guide roller device.Reasonable surface treatment of rubber-covered roll was adopted to reduce electrostatic accumulation in doubling,roving and spinning process.Air ring mutation was reduced in spinning and winding process,winding tension and speed were reduced.Through technology measures such as carding special parts,spinning process parameters and temperature&humidity conditions were reasonably arranged to solve the problems such as the difficulty of carding cotton roll into sliver,the worse spinnability caused by electrostatic accumulation in each process,and the worse yarn quality index,so as to realize successful production of the 9.84 tex fine polypropylene yarn.It is considered that fine polypropylene pure spun yarn can meet the development and application needs of clothing fabrics such as moisture absorption,quick drying and unidirectional moisture transmission.
