Preparation and adsorption property of PVA/ZIF-67 composite film
In order to prepare adsorbent materials for the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater,ZIF-67 material was successfully prepared with methanol as the solvent,2-methylimidazole and cobaltous nitrate hexahydrate as raw materials by solvothermal method.ZIF-67 material and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)were blended with different ratios to prepare PVA/ZIF-67 composite film. The composite film structure was evaluated and the adsorption property was analyzed. The results showed that self-made ZIF-67 particles were uniform in size, smooth on the surface and had a polyhedral structure. The thermal property of PVA were improved by composited with ZIF-67,and the surface roughness of the film was increased. When the mass fraction of ZIF-67 in composite film was 10%,the solubility of composite film was 6.63%,water absorption was 25.39%and the maximum breaking strength was 29.22 MPa.The imitative effect of PVA/ZIF-67 and quasi-second-order dynamic adsorption model was better. The adsorption process was dominated by chemical adsorption and the adsorption rate was controlled by internal diffusion. The adsorption thermodynamics analyzing results showed that the absorption of PVA/ZIF-67 composite film on congo red was spontaneous.Low temperature was beneficial to the adsorption. When the temperature was 20℃and mass concentration of congo red solution was 95 mg/L,the adsorption effect was the best and the adsorption capacity was up to 198.79 mg/g.
