凉感聚乳酸纤维的制备及性能研究

为拓宽聚乳酸(PLA)纤维在服装、家纺、一次性卫材等领域的应用,在PLA纤维中加入天然矿石纳米级玉石粉、高导热性物质氮化铝、薄荷精油微胶囊,经熔融纺丝开发了3种凉感PLA纤维,研究其力学性能,对比分析了其织物的凉感性能.结果表明:与纯PLA纤维相比,加入凉感添加剂后,纤维的断裂强度和断裂伸长率均有所降低,玉石凉感PLA纤维降低的幅度最小.3种凉感PLA织物的接触凉感值(qmax)有显著提高,均具有良好的凉感效果,玉石凉感PLA织物的凉感效果最好.
Preparation and property study of cool feeling PLA fiber
In order to broaden the application of PLA fiber in clothing,hometextiles,disposable sanitary materials and other fields,three kinds of cool feeling PLA fibers were developed by melt spinning technology through adding natural mineral nano-sized jade powder,high thermal conductivity material aluminum nitride and peppermint essential oil microcapsules in PLA fiber.The mechanical property of the three cool feeling PLA fibers were studied and the fabric cool feeling property were contrasted and analyzed.The results showed that compared with pure PLA fiber,the breaking strength and breaking elongation rate of the fiber were decreased after adding cool feeling reagent,the decrease magnitude of the jade cool feeling PLA fiber was the least.The cool feeling value(qmax)of the three PLA fabric were increased obviously and all have better cool feeling effect.Jade cool feeling PLA fabric has the best cool feeling.
