Common misconception and quality control suggestion of modern cotton assorting
Misunderstanding in cotton assorting and solution measure in current new situation of fiber multi-component differentiation,cotton fiber machine mining and raw cotton capitalization were analyzed.The development status of modern cotton assorting technology was introduced.According to the new problems in cotton assorting,big data technology was adopted,system cotton assorting technology were combined including detection,classification,grouping,receiving,reusing and quality prediction.Several aspects that need to be paid attention to in system cotton assorting were summarized.Misunderstanding in cotton assorting and solution measures were analyzed through practical cases.It is considered that in practice,raw cotton detection and classification should be paid attention to,cotton assorting main body should be distinguished.Single bale cotton spinning and waste cotton arbitrary reuse should be avoided to reduce costs and stable quality.
