摘要

总结水体净化用聚乳酸(PLA)非织造材料的制备、改性和应用研究进展.介绍了PLA的化学合成方法,概括了当前主要的PLA非织造材料制备技术并分析其各自特点.阐述了物理共混、表面涂覆、等离子体、化学接枝改性方法对PLA非织造材料性能和功能的影响,重点总结了PLA非织造材料在油水分离、染料吸附、重金属离子吸附等水体净化领域中的应用进展.认为:低成本化、生产规模化、易回收循环将成为水体净化用PLA非织造材料未来研究发展的重要导向.

Abstract

The preparation,modification and application research progress of polylactic acid(PLA)nonwoven material for water purification were summarized.The chemical synthesis methods of PLA was introduced.The current main preparation technique of PLA nonwoven material were summarized,their respective characteristics were analyzed.The effects of physical blending,surface coating,plasma treatment and chemical grafting modification method on the property and function of PLA nonwoven material were expounded.The application progress of PLA nonwoven material in water purification field including oil-water separation,dye adsorption,heavy metal ion adsorption were emphatically summarized.It is considered that low-cost,mass-production and easy-recycling will become an important guide to the future research and development of PLA nonwoven material for water purification.
