摘要

根据2017年9月10日实施的《民用航空招收飞行学生体检鉴定规范》要求,有支气管哮喘病史者招飞体检不合格.本文从儿童期解剖生理结构致喘息高发、支气管哮喘的自然病程、喘息的诱发因素、航空环境并非支气管哮喘的诱发因素、支气管哮喘诊断标准和实验室检查这5个方面,探讨制定这一标准依据的科学合理性,提出在招飞体检中如何处理这类疾病的见解.
