Practice and Exploration in Competency-Based Dangerous Goods Training and Assessment
While the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO)proposes implementing Competency-Based Training and Assessment(CBTA)for dangerous goods training,China's civil aviation enterprises and institutions are also steadily carrying out relevant research,practice and promotion work.Currently,it is an urgent need of China's civil aviation enterprises and institutions to carry out competency-based dangerous goods training and assessment.This paper shares the practice and experience of Jilin Airport Group in the implementation of competency-based dangerous goods training and assessment,in order to have an exchanged discussion with civil aviation enterprises and institutions and jointly promote the application of CBTA in dangerous goods air transportation.
