A Method of Multi-airport Flight Schedules Collaborative Optimization
As the multi-airport coordinated development is accelerating, optimizing the slots of each airport separately will easily aggravate the conflicts of key airspace points. Therefore, collaborative optimization of slots at all airports becomes the key to improving operational efficiency of the entire multi-airport system. This paper first introduces the measure of airport fairness, and in comprehensive consideration of flight uniqueness, flight adjustment limit, flight continuity constraints, airport dynamic capacity and other constraints,it establishes a multi-objective multi-airport slot coordinated optimization model, while taking into account the total adjustment of flights is minimized and the fairness among airports is optimized.Secondly, the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is selected to solve the model. Finally, four airports in the Yangtze River Delta region are selected to build a multi-airport system.Based on analysis of actual flight data,a specific optimization scheme is given. After the optimization, the flight distribution of each airport is more balanced and the validity of the model is verified.
