摘要

航空物流业以航空货运为核心,将"港到港"的航空货运拓展到"门到门",是实现物品实体流动及延伸服务的战略性产业体系.而航空物流统计是推动航空物流的高质量发展的基础支撑和重要抓手.本文在我国社会物流统计指标以及物流统计指标体系构建的研究文献基础上,结合航空物流的技术特征、发展趋势、规划目标等,梳理了航空物流的统计对象、统计范围、主要分类标准,提出构建保障有力、专业高效、智慧绿色、成本经济等4个一级指标和46个二级指标组成的航空物流统计指标框架,并针对该指标框架提出了统计方案的实施建议,为开展航空物流统计进行了初步探索和思考.

Abstract

The aviation logistics industry,with air freight as its core,expands from"port-to-port"air cargo transportation to"door-to-door",forming a strategic industrial system to realize physical flow of goods and the extended services.Aviation logistics statistics serve as the foundational support and crucial lever for promoting high-quality development of aviation logistics.This article,based on research literature on social logistics indicators and the construction of logistics indicator systems in China,combined with the technical characteristics,development trends and planning goals of aviation logistics,outlines the statistical objects,scope and main classification criteria of aviation logistics,and proposes a statistical indicator framework consisting of four primary indicators and 46 secondary indicators.Moreover,recommendations for implementing statistical schemes are provided for this indicator framework,initiating a preliminary exploration and reflection on conducting aviation logistics statistics.
