Analysis and Optimization of Measures to Raise Bridging Ratio
In recent years,the problem of low bridging ratio of flights at large domestic airports has become prominent,which significantly affects the convenience of air travel for passengers.This concern has been strongly voiced by travelers,leading to a significant increase in complaint rates.Concurrently,since the issuance of COVID-19 prevention and control measures in the new phase,China's air transportation market has continued to recover steadily,and the number of domestic air travellers has surpassed the pre-epidemic level.In order to deeply implement the spirit of President Xi's instruction of"ensuring smooth travel for people and unimpeded flow of goods",improve aviation service,increase air passengers'satisfaction,and facilitate high-quality development of the industry,it is crucial to effectively increase the bridging ratio of flights at airports with over 10 million annual passenger throughput.Taking Shenyang Airport as an example,this article thoroughly examines the reasons for the current low bridging ratio,analyzes shortcomings,clarifies strategies,and optimizes procedures,to ultimately achieve an overall target of 80%flight bridging ratio.
