复合材料修补片热固化方法研究

为了研究基于电加热的树脂基复合材料修补片热固化方法是否比传统热补仪加热的热固化方法更优越,本文采用Abaqus有限元分析方法,对基于电加热和传统热补仪加热的复合材料修补片结构模型固化过程进行了数值模拟,分析了两种热固化过程中树脂基复合材料的热应力场.最后通过实验方式固化复合材料修补片,并通过傅里叶红外光谱进行对比分析.对比结果表明:基于电加热的树脂基复合材料热固化方法加热更均匀,使得复合材料在固化过程中热应力的变化趋势更加平缓,减少了热应力集中的现象,从而提高了树脂基复合材料的热固化质量,优化了复合材料的热固化技术,还为电加热热固化技术的进一步研究奠定了基础,为更深入研究提供了可能.
Study on Thermal Curing Method of Composite after Repair
In order to investigate whether the thermal curing method based on electric heating is superior to traditional thermal curing method,the finite element analysis method of Abaqus is used to numerically simulate the curing process of the structural model of composite repair sheet based on electric heating and traditional thermal curing instrument.The thermal stress field of resin matrix composites in the two kinds of thermal curing is analyzed.Finally,the cured composite patch is obtained and analyzed by the Fourier infrared spectroscopy.The comparative results show that:the thermal curing method of resin matrix composites based on electric heating is more uniform,which makes the change trend of thermal stress of composite materials in the curing process smoother and reduces the phenomenon of thermal stress concentration,thus improves the thermal curing quality of resin matrix composites and optimizes the thermal curing technology of composite materials.This paper also lays a foundation for further research on electric heating thermal curing technology and provides possibility for further research.
