航空发动机振动监测系统模拟试验台搭建研究

航空发动机振动监测系统作为发动机故障诊断的重要手段之一,在航空领域有着重要的意义.为了更好地了解航空发动机的振动特性,本文设计和构建了航空发动机振动监测系统模拟试验台.首先对航空发动机振动的典型特征和监测原理进行研究,进行模型简化,利用3D打印搭建了发动机振动监测系统模拟试验台;然后,利用STM32芯片,通过多模块的设计,实现了振动信号的采集、速度的测量、转速控制等功能;最后,将采集的数据导入MATLAB进行分析,利用其强大的计算能力,实现时、频域分析等功能.经实践,具有良好的教学意义.
Research on Establishment of Simulation Test Stand for Aero-engine Vibration Monitoring System
As one of the important means of engine fault diagnosis,the aero-engine vibration monitoring system has great significance in the field of aeronautics.In order to better understand the vibration characteristics of aero-engine,an aero-engine vibration monitoring system simulation test platform is designed and constructed.Firstly,typical characteristics and monitoring principle of aero-engine vibration are studied,model simplification is carried out,and a simulation test platform of engine vibration monitoring system is established by 3D printing.Then,the functions of vibration signal acquisition,speed measurement and speed control are realized by using STM32 slug and multi-module design.Finally,the collected data is imported into MATLAB for analysis,the functions of time and frequency domain analysis are realized by using its powerful computing ability.Practice shows that the platform has good teaching significance.
