基于管制员工作负荷的空域容量计算模型及评估

近些年来,通用航空领域的交通流量呈现出井喷式的增长,这给空域安全带来了巨大的挑战.本文以管制员的工作负荷为基础,选择使用改进过后的计算方法,以实际训练飞行中的管制员工作量为数据依据,运用该数据对改进的负荷计算模型进行验证,再与实际训练量相结合.最终,以遂宁机场空域为实例进行空域容量评估.
Airspace Capacity Calculation Model Based on Controller Workload and Evaluation
In recent years,the traffic flow of general aviation has shown a blowout growth,which has posed a huge challenge to airspace safety.This paper is based on the workload of controllers and uses an improved calculation method.Based on the actual workload of controllers during training flights,the improved load calculation model is verfied using this data,and then combined with the actual training volume.Finally,it takes the airspace of Suining Airport as an example to conduct airspace capacity assessment.
