本文将以数字化转型为契机、在给各大机场咨询及建设经验的基础上,提出机场数字化协同理念,涵盖数据共享、业务协同、流程协同、服务协同、管理协同等多个方面,通过数字化技术实现机场内部和外部资源的共享和协同,提高机场的运营效率和服务质量.最后,通过机场运行中典型协同场景来阐述数字化协同应用价值.
Abstract
Taking the digital transformation as an opportunity,based on airport consulting and construction experience,this paper puts forward the concept of airport digital collaboration,which covers data sharing,business collaboration,process collaboration,service collaboration,management collaboration and other aspects,to realize airport internal and external resources sharing and collaboration through digital technology,and improve the operation efficiency and service quality of airports.Finally,the application value of digital collaboration is expounded through typical collaboration scenarios in airport operation.
