空管气象设备动环监控体系研究与实现

动环监控是空管气象设备安管技防体系的重要组成部分,本文通过统计近年来民航空管自动气象观测系统(AWOS)及天气雷达系统故障情况,分析气象设备运行环境变化对设备性能的影响,介绍空管气象设备动环监控体系的建设过程及实现方法.实际运行效果表明:动环监控体系建设将为空管气象设备的稳定运行和高效管理提供有力保障,进一步提升气象设备的安管技防水平.
Research and Realization of Air Traffic Control Meteorological Equipment Supervision System
The Supervision System is an important part of the air traffic control meteorological equipment safety control technology system.This paper,based on statistics of failures of the civil aviation air traffic control system's Automated Weather Observing System(AWOS)and weather radar system in recent years,analyzes the impact of environmental changes on the performance of meteorological equipment and elaborates on the construction process and implementation methods of the air traffic control meteorological equipment Supervision System.The practical operational results indicate that the construction of the Supervision System will provide strong support for stable operation and efficient management of air traffic control meteorological equipment,and further enhance safety control of meteorological equipment.
