摘要
适航放行是影响飞行安全和航班正常的重要因素,是机务从业人员专业知识、业务技能,以及维修单位安全文化的综合体现.因此提高放行准确度,成为每一个航空公司致力研究的课题.本文从几起民航客机的放行事例出发,分析机务维修放行人员的决策过程,剖析影响放行人员决策的主客观因素.针对影响因素,提出建立稳定、规范的放行决策所需要的方法和对策.
Abstract
Airworthiness release is an important factor affecting flight safety and flight normality.It is a comprehensive reflection of professional knowledge,business skills of maintenance personnel and safety culture of maintenance units.Therefore,improving the accuracy of release has become a subject that every airline is committed to studying.Based on several cases of release of civil aviation passenger aircraft,this paper analyzes the decision-making process of maintenance release personnel,and the subjective and objective factors affecting the decision-making of release personnel.According to the influencing factors,the methods and countermeasures for establishing stable and standardized release decision-making are put forward.
