皮托管测量皮托管压力,皮托管压力是由于飞机向前运动而在皮托管内部产生的压力.B737NG飞机的皮托管内部有整体加热器,细丝加温原件被缠绕在皮托管内部,防止皮托管的管口和基座结冰.皮托管加温元件加热是由电流监控器系统进行监控,如果某皮托管加温元件没有足够大的电流,电流监控器系统就会控制该皮托管的琥珀色不加温警告灯点亮.本文对B737NG飞机的皮托管内部加温元件进行介绍和分析,在此基础上,对皮托管加温故障进行深入探讨.
The Pitot Probes' Heating Element and Heating Failure on B737NG Aircraft
The pitot probe measures pitot air pressure.Pitot air pressure is the air pressure on the pitot probe tube as a result of the forward motion of the airplane.The pitot probes on B737NG aircraft have integral heaters,a thin wire heating element is wound around inside the probe,preventing ice forming on the pitot probes'tips and strut.If the associated probe heater does not draw sufficient electrical current,the current monitor system will activate the amber probe heat warning light for that heater.In this paper,the internal thin wire heating element of the pitot probes on B737NG aircraft is introduced and analyzed,and the pitot probe heating failure is deeply discussed.
