基于飞机性能监控动态调整发动机水洗间隔

目前民航业内多采用固定间隔清洗飞机发动机,以恢复发动机性能,改善发动机耗油水平,提升排气温度裕度.但每台飞机发动机的具体运行情况不同,性能衰减情况和恢复时间也不同,若使用固定统一的水洗间隔,将难以利用水洗发动机带来的节油改善效果.A航空公司根据飞机性能监控结果,结合排气温度裕度等参数进行综合评估,动态调整发动机水洗间隔,将固定间隔水洗模式调整为视情水洗模式,当发动机性能恢复到水洗前的水平时,再度安排水洗工作,以使发动机保持较低的耗油水平.
Dynamic Adjustment of Engine Washing Interval Based on Aircraft Performance Monitoring
At present,fixed-interval engine washing is commonly used in civil aviation industry to restore engine performance,reduce engine fuel consumption and increase exhaust gas temperature margin.However,the specific operation conditions of each aircraft engine are different,and the performance decline and recovery time are also different.If a fixed washing interval is used,it will be difficult to take advantage of the fuel-saving improvement effect brought by engine washing.According to the aircraft performance monitoring results and exhaust gas temperature margin and other parameters,Airlines A makes a comprehensive evaluation,dynamically adjusts the engine washing interval,shifts from the fixed interval washing mode to the condition-based washing mode,and arranges the washing work again when the engine performance returns to pre-washing level,so that the engine can maintain a lower fuel consumption level.
