摘要
一款机型商业运营的成功离不开飞机售后保障服务的成功.为了提升某型国产民机售后市场的综合保障能力,降低航材周转件备件数量及运营保障成本,完善国产民机航材保障体系建设,基于航材共享理念和国际通行的共享模式,采用泊松过程描述在研究时间内不同机队共享使用条件下航材周转件需求量的概率,实现航材共享下的航材备货最优.实践表明,在规定或期望的航材保障率条件下,采用航材共享对提升国产民机航材保障经济性具有重要的现实意义.
Abstract
The success of an aircraft's commercial operation relies on the success of its after-sales service.In order to improve the comprehensive after-sales service ability of a certain home-made aircraft,reduce the quantity of rotable spares and operation support costs,and improve the construction of spare parts supply and service system for home-made civil aircraft,based on the concept of spares sharing and the globally accepted pooling mode,Poisson process is adopted to describe the demand for rotable spares in a certain period in the scenario of shared use between different fleets,so as to achieve the optimization of stocking.Practice has shown that the pooling of spares,under the required or expected service level,is of great significance to the improvement of the economy of spares supply service for home-made civil aircraft.
