摘要
目前,我国民用飞机用氧气瓶的设计和制造主要由国外供应商完成,其关键的配套部件也依赖国外进口,导致了整个氧气瓶系统的供应成本居高不下.为此,利用有限元分析对氧气瓶及其组件进行了设计计算,探究了航空氧气瓶实现国产化的技术可行性.该项研究成果将为国内自行设计和生产制造航空氧气瓶提供参考.
Abstract
At present,oxygen cylinders used by civil aircraft in China are mainly designed and manufactured by foreign suppliers,and the key supporting components are also imported from abroad,which leads to the high cost of the whole oxygen cylinder system.For this reason,finite element analysis is used to design and calculate the oxygen cylinder and its components,and the technical feasibility of localization of aviation oxygen cylinder is explored.The research results can provide reference for domestic design and manufacturing of aviation oxygen cylinders.
