摘要
通过文献分析、专家访谈等方式确定机场安检现场管理人员胜任力评价指标,共含16项.建立机场安检现场管理人员胜任力评价模型,包含4项一级指标和16项二级指标,利用层次分析法(AHP)对胜任力评价指标进行系统分析,确定每项评价指标的权重,并形成权重排序,为民航安检机构的基层管理工作提供参考.
Abstract
In this paper,the competency evaluation indicators of airport security inspection on-site management personnel,which comprise a total of 16 items,are determined through literature analysis and expert interviews.A competency evaluation model for airport security inspection on-site management personnel,which comprises 4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators,is established,and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to systematically analyze the competency evaluation indicators,determine the weight of each evaluation index and form a weight ranking,so as to provide reference for lower management of civil aviation security inspection institutions.
