航站楼服务机器人的风险分析及防控措施

为了降低航站楼服务机器人的安全风险,本文首先分析其核心部件锂离子电池的安全风险;其次,从整机安全的角度,对触电、着火爆炸、机械危险、化学危险、电磁干扰等主要风险进行分析,并提出相应的防控措施;最后,针对航站楼封闭环境、大量人流等特点,分析航站楼服务机器人次生安全风险并提出安全建议.结果表明:航站楼服务机器人风险分析及措施的提出为商场、高铁站等类似公共空间场景服务机器人选型及风险防控提供理论参考.
Risk Analysis of Terminal Service Robots and Prevention-control Strategies
In order to reduce the safety risks of terminal service robots,this paper firstly analyzes the safety risk of lithium-ion battery,which is core component of service robot.Secondly,from the perspective of the safety of the whole machine,the main risks of service robot including electric shock,fire and explosion,mechanical hazard,chemical hazard and electromagnetic interference are analyzed and prevention-control strategies are proposed.Finally,according to the characteristics of closed environment and large number of people of the terminal,the secondary safety risks of terminal service robots are analyzed and safety suggestions are put forward.The results show that risk analysis of terminal service robots and the proposed prevention-control strategies can provide theoretical reference for the selection of service robots and risk prevention and control for similar scenarios such as shopping malls and high-speed rail stations.
