Application of Bird Migration Research Techniques and Methods in Airport Bird Information Collection
Different bird migration research techniques and methods have different application scenarios in airport bird situation information collection.Based on the introduction of various migration research techniques and methods,this paper analyzes their advantages and disadvantages in the study of bird migration.Then,by comparing the technical characteristics,information coverage and equipment cost of typical bird migration research methods such as observation,birds banding,radio tracking,avian radar,satellite tracking technology and gateway(base station)technology,the advantages and disadvantages of these methods in airport bird situation information collection are compared and analyzed.Finally,from the aspects of airport application,operation safety,capital investment and so on,the research techniques and methods of bird migration are summarized and predicted.
