Reflections on Safety Management of Air Traffic Control Units in the Post-epidemic Era
With the gradual weakening of the impact of COVID-19,the air traffic management industry is facing new problems and challenges:inadequate skills of safety practitioners,low level of safe operation of cooperative units,reduced reliability of equipment and facilities,and lack of timeliness of emergency response.In this situation,the air traffic management sector needs to prioritize safety management,summarize the causes of the problems and find ways to prevent risks.Basedon the current safety situation of the air traffic management sector,this article analyzes the current operational characteristics,and proposes optimization ideas for air traffic control safety management in the post-epidemic era in four aspects:"three basics construction","active cooperation with relevant parties","seizing historical opportunities"and"improving emergency management".
