航空情报交换模型发展历程与技术概述

目前国际民航组织(ICAO)通过数据集的定义,建议全球在航空信息领域使用航空情报交换模型(AIXM)作为航空情报数据交换标准.截至2023年,AIXM已经历了 30年的发展历程,已逐步成为航空情报数字化转型的关键要素.本文从航空情报数字化转换要求的角度出发,对AIXM发展历程、版本变迁、规范管理,以及典型应用等多个方面进行介绍.通过对AIXM发展历程与技术演进分析可见,AIXM规范的应用既有统一标准的全球趋同性,也有在技术构架和技术细节上应用开发方和使用方的灵活性.AIXM的广泛应用将确保全球航空信息的高效、安全交换,也将有助于将人工智能(AI)、机器学习和数据分析等先进技术整合到航空运行的各领域.
Development Milestones and Technical Overview of Aeronautical Information Exchange Model
The International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO)recommends the use of the Aeronautical Information Exchange Model(AIXM)as the global standard for exchanging aeronautical information data.As of 2023,AIXM has undergone thirty years of development and has gradually become a key element in the digital transformation of aeronautical information.This paper introduces AIXM development history,version change,management and typical applications from the perspective of aeronautical information digital transformation requirements.The analysis of the development process and technological evolution of AIXM in this paper shows that the application of AIXM specification has both the global convergence of unified standards and the flexibility of application developers and users in terms of technical architecture and details.The wide application of AIXM will ensure the efficient and safe exchange of global aviation information,and help to integrate advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence(AI),machine learning and data analysis into all fields of aviation operations.
