Safety Risk Evaluation of Special Subject Flight Training in Single-engine Aircraft Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation
This paper takes single-engine airplane special subject flight training as the research perspective.The single-engine aircraft maneuver risk assessment index system is constructed from the four perspectives of pilot,aircraft,environment and external pressure.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the evaluation matrix as well as the evaluation weights.The consistency of the evaluation matrix is examined and the fuzzy comprehensive risk assessment model is constructed.Ten experts(first-class flight instructors,second-class flight instructors)are invited to score the weights and affiliations of the indicators for special maneuver training of a flight fleet and calculate the safety level of the flight training by drawing on Lister's multi-level scale method.The model's measurements can assess the overall safety level of flight training and the safety status of individual risk factors.
